Eva Mendes did a hot spread for W Magazine. The actress seems to be channeling a young Raquel Welch in her new spread she did for the July issue of the magazine. I like! Images via http://www.cocoperez.com/ and http://www.hollywoodcultmovies.com/

Check out Dutch architect Rem D Koolhaas and British shoemaker Galahad Clark's latest collection of footwear for their brand United Nude. The brand has been making a name for
themselves since 2003 with international recognition in various magazines. The collections range in price from $70-$500. With architecture such as this why would one pay anything less?

As the warm summer months approach a good read is sometimes all we need to keep ourselves cool. Check out this excellent novel called Murder in the Hamptons by amazing author Danita Carter. A clash between the classes is played out in the Hamptons when a rapper moves into an elite community with his unruly crew." Want to know more? The book releases on June 8 so go and get your copy. Perfume-Mania!

From the looks of things, the scents wars will be starting early this year. With names such as Herve Leger, Jennifer, Lopez, Halle Berry, and many many others we should have no problems finding that perfect fragrance this year.

Famed designer Herve Leger has partnered with Avon to take over the fragrance world!
The fragrances, Hervé Léger Femme and Hervé Léger Homme, will be released this fall with a women's and men's scent hitting the market. The women's scent is described as a "woody floral scent" while the men's is described as a "spicy woody fragrance. With affordable prices, a 1.7oz Femme selling for $34 and a 2.5oz Homme for $30. Image and info via www.cocoperez.com

The multi-talented Jennifer Lopez is slated to release her new fragrance as well. This will, I think, be number 17 for her. She is a pro at this raking in an estimated of $1 billion in total sales from the 16 others before. The name of this scent will be called Love and Glamour and is described as having notes of mandarin, guava, nectarine, water lily, coconut orchid, orange blossom, jasmine, sandalwood, sensual musk and amber and will be $49.50 a bottle. Nice, I cannot wait to try this one out! Image and info via http://www.ybf.blogspot.com/

The beautiful Halle Berry is set to release her new fragrance simply called "Reveal." Halle is releasing Reveal this August (but it's not coming to the U.S. until January 2011). This is what she told Woman's Wear Daily about her new up and coming scent: "Because this is the third one, I have a little bit of experience now. With each one, the goal is to make them different, yet the same in that it's reflective of who I am. This one is a little more floral, but still classy and easy." I am loving the ad campaign for this one. What are your thoughts? Image and info via http://www.ybf.blogspot.com/

Sneak Peak Whitney Eve Fall Collection

Here is a sneak peak at the fall collection for Whitney Eve. Although the main color of her collection is black she still manages to add in some metallic silvers and golds. Nice colors for fall. The collection has a soft sophistication to it that I like. What are your thoughts, Do any of these work for you? Images via http://www.mtv.com/
