SATC 2 London Premiere

The ladies of the Sex and the City 2 movie took their premiere over sea's and they brought their fashion with them. Check it.

Designer Switch

Some of the hottest designers are doing a swithcing of companies these days. Former Nina Ricci designer Olivier Theyskens has signed on to design a woman’s capsule collection for sportwear label Theory. Jean Paul Gaultier is leaving Hermes and is set to be replaced by Christophe Lemaire. Gaultier is to focus on his own namesake RTW and haute couture brands. His replacement, Lemaire was previously the creative director at Lacoste. Last, a new creative director has been named for the London-based fashion house Alexander McQueen. SATC 2 Blue Carpet Premiere

One of the most anticipated summer flicks has arrived and the NYC premiere went down at the Radio City Music Hall. While some red carpet goers decided to wear black, the one's that truly stood out wore color. Check it.

Tyra Celebrates McQueen

Tyra Banks is paying her respects to the late great Alexander McQueen in a photo spread she did. Tyra states "I knew that I had to pay him tribute in a special way. The last cycle of Top Model was dedicated to him and I decided that I also wanted to do a photo shoot decked out in H2T McQueen." Stop Fake Christian Louboutin

By now we are all oh so familiar with those red soled shoes by designer Christian Loboutin. They are on everyone's feet from Beyonce to Katy Perry. Like many fraudulent designer handbags, wallets, etc. Faux Louboutin shoes are popping up everywhere. Everyone wants a piece of the Louboutin action these days. although I am sure he is flattered by his popularity, he is not impressed by the fakes. That is why a new website called stopfakelouboutin.com has sprouted on the Internet. The website explains and I quote, "We have adopted a zero tolerance policy and have put in place a comprehensive program to deal not only with the sites offering fake Christian Louboutin products, but the sources thereof, the distribution systems, the auction sites and other avenues of trade in the fake products." Black seemed to also be the color of choice for Marion Cottilard as she wore this strapless criss crossed blinged jump suit. I love the hairdo, it completes her whole look nicely. 2010 World Music Awards

The 2010 World Music Awards was in full effect over the weekend in Monte Carlo. The celebs once again came out to show off their goods.

Former Destiny's Child member Kelly Roland showed up sporting a fabulous curly mane and strapless colorful dress. She posed with designer Robert Cavalli for a few candids. Kelly's collaboration with French DJ David Guetta, "When Love Takes Over," was a nominee in the category of "World's Best Single," although it lost out to Lady Gaga's "Poker Face."
